Senior Scrum Master/Change Coordinator

OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to oversee activities across two scrum teams and coordinating between other contract teams and with the Government change control board. This position will be remote but prefer the DC area.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates scrum and development activities across two scrum teams and with other system contract teams. This includes user stories, bugs, deployments, and documentation. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members, coordinating with the development, test, and technical leads. Reports to the contract Program Manager.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Posted Salary RangeUSD $160,000.00 – USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
