about this team
The Responsible Supply Chain team works to support the wellbeing of the people who make lululemon products, and supports supply chain resilience, manage risk and social compliance, and build brand purpose. We monitor working conditions in all facilities producing for lululemon, though our internal team and together with external partners. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster resilience in the garment industry and build better systems.

Lead social responsible supply chain works of Western Hemisphere region through strategic planning, implementation and partnership with key stakeholders to foster supply chain resilience and well-being of people in the supply chain.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $141,400 – $185,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
