We are looking to recruit a Senior Research Assistant to work on a study funded by UKRI. This study aims to build a consortia to address homelessness in the North East of England. The project will develop strong participatory methods with Experts by Experience (EbEs), who will play a central role for the project. We will develop a database of evidence to inform decision making in research, practice and policy, establish an integrated care hub shaped by EbEs and develop the foundations for a virtual directory of interventions, and consortium that will outlive this 9 months project. The post will be hosted by the Department of Social Work, Education and Community Wellbeing at Northumbria University, and the Centre for Health and Social Equity. This is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary project with Tyne Housing and Newcastle University. As the senior research assistants (2 posts) you will lead on all the organisational and networking aspects of the project. You will develop participatory methods to work with EbE, support them to run a workshop and, in collaboration with the team, support them in co-developing an integrated care hub.
