• Administer business process reviews leading to an increased use of technology to support quality systems
The successful candidate will require:
• A proactive, self-motivated and positive approach.

• The ability to develop, deliver and maintain your team’s services to a high performance.
• High standards in written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Confidence in establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external
stakeholders.
Location of work:
Our teams have returned to a new hybrid model where staff will spend their time between home working and office working as appropriate. The principal location of work for this role will be the Cardiff campus, although staff may need to travel and work at any of the three USW campuses.
This is a full-time permanent role. A flexible approach to working hours may be necessary, with some work occasionally taking place outside normal office hours.
If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges. If you are an internal professional services candidate, you will continue to be employed by the University of South Wales.
