IntroductionThe voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company will further develop the processes for forecast and material requirements planning with the help of digitized and cross-company planning approaches and applicants. - Project Leadership: Drive the global rollout of the existing S/4HANA template, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Vendor Management: Act as the customer representative to challenge and coordinate various vendors (m/f/d), ensuring project success
- Budget Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
- Timeline Adherence: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the achievement of project outcomes, ensuring that results meet the highest standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (m/f/d) to align priorities and resolve challenges effectively
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Board-Level Reporting: Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Board regarding project progress and outcomes
What we offerSalary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 4.358,77 gross (14 x per year). Qualifications
- Completed technical education (FH/University) and Proven Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing S/4HANA projects in a project management capacity
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German, with strong negotiation and communication skills in both languages
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage costs, timelines, and results in complex IT rollout projects
- Vendor Management: Strong experience in coordinating and challenging vendors to meet project requirements
- Tool Expertise: Solid experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to manage and track project progress
- Global Rollout Experience: Familiarity with managing multi-location implementations across diverse regions
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges early and devise effective solutions
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), experience in the manufacturing or high-performance metals industry and Understanding of SAP’s Activate Methodology preferred
