This role is a mixture of a Power BI Developer and Data Analyst with an Agile mindset . If you have analytical skills and experience with building various reports using the Microsoft Power Platform with Power BI and Excel as main tools, and you would like to build reports aiming at delivering data to our R&D organization, then this would be a great opportunity for you. As Dynatrace grows, we have more and more needs for various analytics based on our R&D organizational data. Those reports would help us to inspect our past and current investments and help to explore and better steer our current and future investments. With this team, we support our cross-R&D alignment based on data. You’ll be part of a team that supports the organization with Jira set-up and develop reports that would help understand how much people power we spend on product features, maintenance, and administration and how many people of different roles are engaged in particular areas. We also support R&D budgeting processes, reports, headcount tracking, and any other R&D operational topics.Dynatrace exists to make software work perfectly. Our platform combines broad and deep observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps to provide answers and intelligent automation from data. This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.Ihre AufgabenYour role at DynatraceResponsibilities:

• You will work on creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, data models, and scripts in Power BI and Excel ·
• You will cooperate with other teams on data ingestion from Jira, internal systems, and HR systems for ease of use, consistency, and security of data ·
• You will cooperate with our Jira experts to ensure an aligned data structure from Jira ·
• You will cooperate with various stakeholders from the Office of Technology and Product, People Operations, Program and Product Management, and Product Teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analysts, Data Engineer, or a software engineer
• 2+ years experience in data processing and analysis
• Good Knowledge of Power BI and Excel
• Practical knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with Snowflake
• Analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working
• Attention to detail to get high-quality data
• Proactive person
• Excellent English communication skills

• Very good data modeling knowledge
• SQL knowledge
• Power Automate Knowledge
• Experience in building reporting solutions
• Experience in building reliable processing data pipelines

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages .
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
