The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team supporting the monitoring and analysis of the University’s performance against Impact 2030, the institutional strategic plan. The Senior Performance Analyst will play a key role in the provision of critical analysis, insights, reporting and advice on institutional performance across the University.
The Senior Performance Analyst will provide critical capacity and capability for report development for planning and performance management purposes, and will be responsible for proactively partnering with key stakeholders across the University to develop interactive reporting solutions which are rooted in a deep understanding of the business and its key drivers.
This position will also play a significant role in supporting the transition of existing solutions and implementation of new reporting solutions to business analytics tools to enhance institutional performance reporting capabilities.
The successful candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or extensive experience and specialist expertise in analytics. Proficiency with contemporary data sourcing and coding languages, and experience working with cloud platforms is essential for success in this role, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, accurate, concise actionable solutions and products.
