Salary Package: $103,636 – $110,821 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers digital solutions that enable the Australian National University to achieve its strategic goals: a student experience equal to the world’s best, and research that transforms society and creates national capability. ITS has responsibility for the University’s digital ecosystem and is leading the Digital Master Plan , a 10-year strategy roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability.
Position overview
You will be a Senior Functional Analyst within the PeopleSoft team who support these applications for the administrative areas. Your Functional PeopleSoft product expertise combined with technical skills will be enhanced by varied tasks associated with these applications throughout their life cycle including application support, enhancements, testing and PUM cycles.
Your expertise and experience with implementing and supporting any of the following (and not limited to) will be highly regarded.
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
- Workforce Management – Administer Workforce, Position Management
- Time & Pay – Absence Management, Time & Labour
- Global Payroll Australia – including STP
- Workforce Development – Training, ePerformance
- Recruiting
- Self Service applications
- PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management
- Financials Management – BI, GL, AP, AR, PO, Expenses
- Asset Management
- eProcurement
- Self Service Applications
- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Campus Community
- Student Records
- Academic Advisement
- Student Financials – including TCSI
- Recruiting & Admissions
- Self Service Applications
- PeopleSoft Reporting technologies
- Query/SQL
- BI Publisher
- nVision
- Kibana
- PeopleSoft Test Framework or equivalent
- including detailed documentation of test scenarios and cases
