Classification: ANU Officer Grade 8 (Information Technology)
Salary package: $103,636 – $110,821 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, continuing

ITS overview

Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers digital solutions that enable the Australian National University to achieve its strategic goals: a student experience equal to the world’s best, and research that transforms society and creates national capability. ITS has responsibility for the University’s digital ecosystem and is leading the Digital Master Plan , a 10-year strategy roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability.

Position overview

You will be a senior PeopleSoft Administrator within a highly experienced PeopleSoft team who support these applications for the administrative areas. Your technical skills will be enhanced by varied tasks associated with these applications throughout their life cycle including application support, enhancements and PUM cycles.

Your skills in the following (and not limited to) will be necessary

  • PeopleTools 8.59+
    • Installing PeopleTools & configuring Web and Application Servers, Process Schedulers
    • Integration Broker & Integration Gateway
    • Change Assistant – Patching & Updates/Upgrades
    • PeopleSoft Test Framework
    • PeopleSoft Health Centre & Performance Management
    • Elastic Search & Kibana
    • Unified Navigation & Interaction Hub
  • Evaluating and Applying Oracle CPUs
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2019+
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019+
  • Performance Tuning
  • Managing Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Trouble shooting network ACLs and local firewalls
  • Experience managing environments using a F5 BigIP load balancer
