Support the development and continuous improvement of the Royal Military College – Australia. Applying adult education principles, the successful candidate will provide learning technology expertise that develops and modernises learning content for the Australian Army’s Foundational Capability and Land Combat Capability, and where applicable, to ensure it is contemporary, capable of being delivered at the point and time of need, uses advanced technology where appropriate, is accessible for Army Reservists, and employs learning approaches that will support the goal of obtaining a Future Ready Training System.
The Senior Officer, Programs Evaluator will work with the Lead, Digital Learning Technologist and Academic Director to evaluate, investigate, design, plan and develop solutions to ensure the overarching strategy for the use of technology which will support learning outcomes ensuring that content development maintains a contemporary focus aimed at combining learning theory with technology.
