About the Opportunity

As a Senior ML Engineer at Transmit Security, you will be a key player in advancing the AI/ML technologies that power our identity security and fraud prevention solutions. You will lead cutting-edge research and development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact AI-driven solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation and help scale systems to handle real-time challenges while ensuring top-tier security for millions of users worldwide.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead AI/ML Initiatives: Spearhead advanced AI/ML research and development projects, driving innovation in areas such as LLMs for customer experience and AI-driven fraud prevention.
• Develop Predictive Models: Architect, train, and deploy predictive models that optimize customer experiences and security measures, impacting millions globally.
• Mentor and Guide Teams: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and data scientists, offering mentorship in model development, optimization, and experimentation.
• Evaluate and Deploy AI Models: Design and evaluate the performance of cutting-edge AI models, algorithms, and techniques, utilizing both real-world datasets and simulated environments.
• Drive AI Methodology Adoption: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements, integrating the latest methodologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure Transmit’s security solutions are accurate, scalable, and efficient.
• Data Exploration and Strategy: Lead advanced data exploration and analysis, helping design data strategies for large-scale ML model deployment.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and deploying models at scale.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning models and advanced model architectures, including transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs.
• Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), with hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to guide and mentor engineering teams, driving high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on real-time AI/ML applications in high-scale, high-security environments.
