What you will do –
As the Senior Manager, HRBP – Canada you will be at the forefront of driving our talent strategy, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for leaders, directors, managers, and employees alike. Your focus will be on enhancing the work environment, fostering positive employee relations, boosting retention, and streamlining business processes by executing our strategic HR initiatives.
You’ll have the exciting challenge of identifying and addressing gaps in key areas such as compensation, talent development, diversity, recruitment, and change management. Collaborating closely with the Canada Leadership Team (CLT) and subject matter experts, you’ll craft innovative solutions tailored to the needs of your business.

What you need-
Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience required
10+ years of work experience required
Previous HR or role-related experience required
5+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
Experience in multiple HR disciplines or client groups preferred
Experience supporting Sales and/or Commercial Marketing teams preferred
Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills preferred
Previous demonstrated experience interacting with COE’s and commercial business leaders preferred
