Senior Learning Development Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are looking for a pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a creative flair who is committed to furthering pharmacy education in England.

You will need to be a solution focused problem solver who is able to develop novel ways to respond to the changing and often complex learning needs of the pharmacy workforce.

You will work within a supportive team of colleagues to take learning programmes from concept to reality.

Whilst we will support you to become familiar with our internal processes; we are looking for someone who is an innovator and can use their existing experience in education to improve and maintain the quality of our portfolio.

It is desirable for you to be able to work in the CPPE offices at The University of Manchester. However, we offer the opportunity for home and hybrid working. You will be expected to work in the CPPE office for a significant part of your three-month induction period and once a month after that.

Interviews and Next Steps

Face-to-face interviews will take place in Manchester on Thursday 1st December 2022. You will need to be available for the full day.  We can arrange travel for you and overnight accommodation if needed.

Successful candidates will be required to attend the following CPPE internal training:

  • Online Facilitation skills training
  • Face-to-face facilitation skills training
  • Online Induction training

We aim to share the dates of these training events with you as soon as possible.
