Senior Integrations Software Engineer (RPA)

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of software integration principles and practices, with proficiency in Python scripting and software APIs. This role involves acting as a technical advisor to business teams and developing solutions utilizing various technologies, including IRPA. 

What you’d be doing: 

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet the needs of our business users.
• Work with business teams to understand and translate their requirements into technical specifications.
• Write Python scripts and work with software APIs to automate integration tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing integration solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest integration technologies and best practices.
• Work in cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Advise in RPA strategy especially as it relates to intelligent process automation using UI Path or Power Automate
• Evaluate third-party software tools and services.

We’re looking for someone who has: 

• Relevant working experience as an integrations engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software integration principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Python scripting and software APIs.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using RPA technology such as UI Path and Power Automate
• Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory.
• Proficient in developer best practices leveraging Git.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

• Relevant developer certifications in AWS and Azure
• Proven track record of leveraging AWS native services such as EKS, API Gateway, and Machine Learning
