Senior Finance Systems Administrator

This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week 

We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Administrator to join our busy Finance Systems team at the University of Westminster.

The role will report to the Finance Systems Manager and will suit a dynamic, motivated, and adaptable individual with good finance knowledge. You will have a strong client-focus, and be driven by service excellence and achieving results. 

You will assist in overseeing Unit4 Agresso – the University’s ERP system, and its associated system dependencies (SITS, WPM, Capita- Paye.Net) and so applicants must have demonstrable experience of having worked in a hands-on capacity.

The role will require you to provide support in implementing new financial software tools and processes and assist in the development of solutions. You will deliver user training to finance and non-finance staff, and produce system related documentation, so must possess excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

To excel in the role, you should be a quick learner who navigates computer and administration systems with ease, have experience of working in a busy office environment, and enjoy being part of a pro-active team.  Proven organisational skills are a must along with the ability to prioritise workload based on severity and impact to the customer.

Experience of Agresso Financials in a University or similar environment is not essential to apply for this position.
