Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture in Newark, New Jersey

Cornerstone is looking for a Senior Director, IT Enterprise Architecture and Digital Solutions who will report to the Chief Digital and Information Officer and lead a global team for Enterprise Architecture, System Integrations, DevOps and QA. You will be working alongside business and technical stakeholders on the management of IT Architecture landscape that aligns with the overall company strategy and goals. You will facilitate the efforts to determine the selection, organization, and integration of software technology components required to support the current and emerging business capability needs of the enterprise. You will be focused on enabling the end-to-end architecture for Go-to-Market systems (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Services), Finance and HR capabilities working alongside delivery leads. This role will also drive the digital solutionstrategy working with the IT Operations and business functions to ensure we have the right set of tools to enable employee productivity. Experience or strategic thinking about how to leverage RPA (Robotic process automation), BPA (business process automation) and Gen AI in the Enterprise Context is desirable. To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have strong leadership skills with accountability, technical thought leadership that drives business outcomes, a strong collaborative working style, bias towards execution and clear communication skills that help explain technical concepts in a business centric manner.
