About Business Services
Business Services provides a full range of class leading information technology and facilities management services to all operating entities of the University, and fit for purpose and efficient Finance, HR and OHS services.

About the Role
You will spend your days cleansing, converting, and modelling service management data to reveal useful information, informing option analysis, and supporting decision-making.

Core focus is ensuring data acquisition by the service management processes are lean, fit for purpose, operationally activated, and supported by the University’s Enterprise Service Management platform – ServiceNow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide data analysis thought leadership to the Service Management Processes team
  • Help drive the ideation, planning, delivery, and regular monitoring of the Client Services operational plan
  • Generate valuable insights for use by University service delivery groups to support proactive process management in core areas including asset, incident, request, problem, resource, and workforce management
  • Contributing to a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation between and among the teams of Business Services

About You
You will have outstanding data analyst skills that allow you to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively to meet with university deadlines. Your professionalism will enable you to work and take leadership within your team.

You will also have:

  • A tertiary qualification with significant and senior experience as a Data Analyst, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary database platforms and reporting & data visualisation tools
  • Experience in practices to prioritise, plan and deliver quality outcomes based on the evidence of organisational requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the values of Business Services:
