• You will be responsible for the controlling cycle for selected cost centers at our headquarters and/or in selected foreign sales affiliates of the Croma Group:
• Budgets, monthly and quarterly reports
• Deviation analyses and ad-hoc requests
• Identification of optimization measures and monitoring their implementation
• Forecasts
• Sparring partner for the interface departments at head office and country managers within your area of responsibility
• (Co-)design of automation and digitalization processes (MS Power Platform, mainly Power BI)
• Updating existing Power BI reports
• Further controlling specialization depending on qualifications (e.g. working capital, insurances or profitability)

Your qualifications and skills

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and experience with Power BI or similar data analytics applications
• Very good written and spoken English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and quick comprehension skills

Your AssetSAP experience is an advantage
Personal responsibility, reliability, flexibility, independent working style
Strong process, solution and innovation orientation
Ideally experience in the pharma/biotech industry
Ability to work in a team

We offer

• Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week – the minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 54.735,38 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
