Your mission

  • Develop compelling, purpose-driven content that resonates with current and prospective colleagues and customers
  • Ideate, create and deliver meaningful content that supports our sustainable growth strategy
  • Use human centred storytelling to bring our Corrugated Packaging products to life and show the value they bring our customers and communities
  • Lead and guide a small team of professionals specialising in content and social media management
  • Work closely with colleagues in our mills, plants, across the business unit and in Group Communication to create high performing content that counts
  • Represent the team in editorial meetings that plan content over the upcoming weeks
  • Oversee the Corrugated Packaging sections of our intranet and social channels
  • Serve as a content consultant and expert partner for wide range of colleagues
  • Guardian and ambassador for content quality standards, governance and branding guidelines across the business unit and external suppliers
  • Contribute to the Communication and Marketing community editorial infrastructure development, operation, and governance
  • Oversee partner agencies that support us with copywriting, videos, photography, events and translations

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in content management, communication or marketing for an international organisation or agency environment/online journalism
  • Passion for content strategy & creation and ability to communicate complex topics in an engaging way
  • Ability to cover internal and external content creation, including media statements, crisis communication and social media
  • Strong copy writing and content development skills, including press releases, articles, creating video storylines and agency briefings
  • Native fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
  • Team-player with strong leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills who instils confidence in colleagues at all levels in the business
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective at managing several projects in parallel with experience in overseeing campaigns in an international organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programmes

  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 60,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
