It has strong presence with over 40 availability zones located across 4 continents and 23 geographical regions, covering locations such as Germany, Hong Kong, South Africa, or Brazil, among others.Join us as aSenior Computer Graphics Architect (m/f/d) who will take on a leading role in our efforts towards our own cloud rendering solutions.Your mission

• Responsible for technical planning and architecture design of the Huawei cloud rendering platform, rendering engine and its integration into modern game engines.
• Responsible for the customization and tuning of the core algorithms of Huawei’s cloud rendering platform.
• Responsible for prototype development and performance tuning of cloud rendering platform.
• Responsible for researching novel rendering algorithms in the Huawei cloud infrastructure.

Your areas of expertise

• PhD or BSc/MSc in computer science or other domain-related disciplines (e.g. computer graphics related majors).
• Experience in computer graphics / rendering algorithm development, and a deep understanding of the rendering or games industry.
• Familiarity with core rendering technologies, such as rasterization, PBR Rendering, ray tracing, path tracing, importance sampling and denoise, etc.
• Expert in GPU and shading programming and the ability to develop and optimize rendering engine prototypes.
• Ability to read academic papers, write patents, and communicate with external experts, along with experience in community development and maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit, and independent working capability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
