Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation and Performance Management, the Senior Compensation and Data Analyst serves as a strategic thought partner to the broader HR Community throughout campus. Participates in the development of compensation strategy and delivery of compensation programs for staff. Provides critical analyses, reports, and presentations to drive strategic talent management decisions.
