Senior Clinical Trial Project Manager – Outcomes/Late Phase Trials in Canada

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers ‘ drugs and devices through innovative solutions.
You will be a dedicated resource to one of our clients, embedded in their working environment, systems, and processes.
You will be engaged in a wide range of interesting and challenging tasks overseeing outcome adjudication for cardiovascular and diabetic megatrials.
What you will be doing:

Support and facilitate charter development – network cross-functionally within sponsor for approval.

Streamline and optimize adjudication workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop Protocol Training on Endpoints and Outcomes Adjudication.

Develop Manual on Endpoints (Adjudication Reference Guide for sites).
-
Oversee development of a project plan to drive acceleration of metrics (as needed).

Develop and implement patient enrollment strategies.
-
Implement strategies to enhance patient retention rates (utmost importance).
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire adjudication process.

Set clear milestones for adjudication and enrollment processes.
-
Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive steps to achieve targets.

Lead weekly cross-functional meetings.

You are:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

A Clinical Project Manager with at least 5 years of industry experience managing late phase studies, preferably in Cardiovascular or Diabetic megatrials
-
Proven experience in outcomes adjudication and patient enrollment within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.

Strong clinical project management skills and experience in driving milestones.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement patient retention strategies.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Proficient in trial management systems and MS Project (or equivalent PM software).

Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines/directives
Pay Range: ($136,300/year – $163,570/year)
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
