You will work a varying pattern of shifts, which will require evening and weekend work.

The candidate:

  • Should have extensive experience working in an indoor climbing centre
  • Hold Climbing Instructor Award or Rock Climbing Instructor Award
  • Hold Climbing Wall Development Instructor Award and Foundation Coach Award or equivalent
  • Have a wide knowledge and understanding of the NICAS syllabus
  • Must be passionate about great customer service
  • Must be willing to work a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends
  • Should understand relevant health and safety legislation
  • Should have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Should have confidence and an approachable nature.
