Overview
Edith Cowan University (ECU) is a large multi-campus university producing world-class research and delivering more than 250 diverse courses. The Workforce Strategy and Capability function sits within Human Resources Services Centre, which encompasses a range of functions to enable the University to effectively achieve its strategic priorities.

Successful candidates will be tasked to work strategically with academic and professional client areas to develop and implement organisational improvement initiatives. Our team of Senior Workforce Capability Consultants have diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, leveraged to provide leadership and guidance in the development of individuals, teams and the organisation.

The successful candidate(s) will have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and will have a passion for talent development and unifying organisations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with specialist teams to design, deliver and improve professional development offerings in a multi-disciplined organisation.
  • Experience with translating strategic objectives into learning and development initiatives.
  • Exceptional online and face-to-face facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to successfully engage, influence and integrate into teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create professional development activities in a variety of modes to ensure accessibility, inclusivity  and efficiency.

Please note that there is an occasional requirement to travel to the Bunbury campus.

Benefits & Remuneration
These ongoing opportunities attract remuneration of $103,263 to $116,306 (H8) (pro rata for part-time) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
