Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance public understanding of giving opportunities and donor related programmes
• Assist in content development, copy-writing and editing for donor-related materials such as website, social media, campaigns, giving brochures, collaterals, newsletters, invitations and reports
• Craft proposals to support meaningful programmes and gift opportunities
• Assist in stewardship activities to strengthen relationship and deepen engagement with donors
• Support advancement-related projects and events management such as campus visits, presentations, ceremonies, media and public announcements
• Provide administrative support to the department and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 3 years of work experience
• Degree and work background in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
• Highly internet savvy, with good MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and design (e.g. Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) skills
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail
• Creative problem-solving and good project management skills
