• Teaching and examining as well as supervising students in the central artistic subject, in compulsory and subsidiary subjects, didactics of singing, teaching practice, and ensembles across all relevant study programs.
• Development and implementation of artistic and pedagogical projects.
• Leading and preparing ensembles for live presentations and studio recordings.
• Participation in tasks related to the development and exploration of the arts
• Collaboration on organizational, administrative, and evaluation tasks, as well as participation in mdw committees

Salary: According to the Austrian collective agreement, the monthly gross pay is at a minimum € 3.578,80 (14 Times). • A completed domestic or equivalent foreign tertiary education corresponding to the position. Tertiary education may be substituted by equivalent excellent artistic work.
• A distinct artistic profile.
• The ability to teach multiple contemporary popular music genres authentically and in a stylistically appropriate manner.
• Openness regarding different musical styles as well as methods and styles of vocal pedagogy.
• Outstanding pedagogical and didactic skills, which can be verified in a trial class.

Specific Requirements

• International performing experience as a vocalist
• Organizational leadership and the willingness and ability to work in a team
• Very good ability to accompany students on piano or guitar during lessons.
• Basic knowledge of music notation software, DAWs, and the use of PA technology.
