Introduction to Role:
Join our dynamic Operations Data Office team as a Senior Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing enhanced data management practices. This role is integral to our Ops 2025 and Ops 2030 strategic plans. You will be the business point of contact, delivering day-to-day technical support, providing detailed analysis, diagnosis and resolution on technical issues and improvement opportunities, in partnership with IT, across the Operations Data landscape. You will also be involved in the evolution of automation of business process leveraging sustainable AI capabilities.
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Analyst, you will work proactively with stakeholders to assess and define business needs and areas for improvement across the Operations Data Office data processes, systems & tooling landscape. You will own the development, management & enhancement of automation & AI solutions for NPI process & other data processes. You will identify new opportunities to leverage AI, RPA on automation to improve data management capabilities. You will be the primary partner to IT teams to drive technical activities needed, including issue resolution and converting business requirement into functional and technical requirements
Essential Skills/Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions
– Experience using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business IT change
– Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Chatbot, ChatGPT
– Deep understanding of automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms
– Proven technical experience in systems including SAP, MDG, Celonis, Winshuttle, Automation Anywhere, PowerBi
– Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills
– Experience of working in a global organisation
– Ability to effectively partner with, & manage delivery of, IT counterparts
– Exposure to project management and / or Agile methodology
– Exposure to developing and delivering solution training materials
– Candidates must be willing and manage to work hours aligned to different time zones such as US, Europe, and India time zones
– Pharmaceutical business awareness/ Operations business domain knowledge
