Are you looking for a role that underpins world-leading research and teaching, and gives you the chance to make a positive difference to the delivery of our services?

As our Senior Accreditation, Systems and Quality Officer, you will be working as part of the School’s Professional Services Team and will have operational responsibility for prioritising and coordinating a broad range of activities that underpin core business processes across the School.

Activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • administrative duties in relation to the School’s workload planning tool, ensuring data is correct, cross-checking and analysing to identify gaps, shortfalls or missing data.
  • working with key stakeholders across the three campuses in the UK, China and Malaysia to assist with the planning, monitoring and progression of accreditation activities to ensure the School maintains its tri-campus triple crown accreditation. This will include assisting with reports, collating an array of documentation for external review and analysis and assisting with face to face or virtual visits from a peer review team.
  • Working with the Senior Accreditation and Quality Manager and other stakeholders across our three campuses on Assurance of Learning activities that support our AACSB Accreditation requirements.

You will be located within the Accreditation, Systems and Quality team where other ASQ Officers will be involved in similar activities and you will work collaboratively to deliver the objectives of the team. We are a very collegial team and you may be asked to undertake work from a number of different people within the team, not just your direct line manager.

You will have A-levels/equivalent or proven work experience in a relevant, comparable role. In addition, you will need good interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be organised, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.

We are seeking individuals from the widest possible range of talents and backgrounds, and will appoint not just based on past achievements, but potential for the future. If you are looking for the next step in your career this is a great opportunity, and we look forward to hearing from you.

This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are part time, 29 hours to be worked over four or five days per week.

Interviews will be held on the 7th and 8th of September.

Informal enquiries may be addressed to Sallie Seymour email [email protected]. Please note that applications sent directly to this email address will not be accepted.
