Software Requirements:

• Proficiency in Selenium Java web and API automation
• Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or TestNG
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for web and API
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing

Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

• Testing Frameworks: Selenium, Appium, TestNG
• Languages: Java, with additional knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Tools: Test management and debugging tools

Good to Have:

• Additional Frameworks: Any other relevant automation or testing tools
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific testing practices

Experience:

• 2-7 years of experience in software testing and automation
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining automated scripts

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Execute and manage test cases and suites
• Analyze test results and report defects
• Engage in continuous integration and deployment practices
• Support the integration of automated tests in the development pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating testing skills and experience

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new testing technologies
