1.989,76 Brutto/MonatWir besetzen mit Dezember 2024 an der Abteilung für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik am LKH Hall obige Position.Ihre berufliche Zukunft

• Sekretariat Ambulanz und Stationen
• Sämtliche Patient:innendokumentation (Aufnahme, Arztbriefe, Dekurse, Meldung an Gericht, etc.);
• Terminkoordination/Terminvergabe
• Sonstige Schreibarbeit/Schriftverkehr (Protokollfühung, etc.)
• Unterstützung des Teams in verwaltungstechnischen Belangen (Krankmeldungen, Betriebsratstage, etc.),
• Vertretungstätigkeiten
• Einteilung/Unterlagenvorbereitung von KPJ-Student:innen und Famulant:innen
• Mitarbeit beim jährlichen Kongress
• Postbearbeitung

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürolehre/ HASCH/HAK)
• Office Kenntnisse
• Perfektes Maschinschreiben
• Einwandfreie Rechtschreibung

Erwünscht:

• Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch)
• Vorerfahrung im Sekretariatsbereich
