The Security & Emergency Management team are currently seeking a Security Services Administrator to join their collaborative, supportive and engaging team. 

The Security Services Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and finance support to the Security & Emergency Management team and be a conduit for resolving staff and students’ security and transport related queries and service requests.

The successful candidate will have well developed customer service skills, good written communication skills, the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, have a high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive/ confidential information, open to learning new things and providing strong support to their team.

This role would suit candidates that have previous experience in invoice processing, data entry, reception/office administration or an understanding of finance. Experience in the security or emergency services industry is desirable.
