Seasonal Technical Customer Service Associate

Location Requirements: Must legally reside in the following provinces – MB, NB, NS, NL, ON, PE

Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information

Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service

Drive customer satisfaction through voice communications, chat and/or email communication

Navigate through multiple systems

You are 18 years of age or older

You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)

You can pass a criminal background check

You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company

You work well with a team or independently

You are able to commit 40 working hours per week and can work a flexible schedule

You have a minimum of 6mth customer service or call center experience, retail experience an asset

Equipment and Internet Requirements

Internet speed – 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0Mbps upload speed

Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PC’s, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)
