Overview

Scrum Master

Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile ceremonies and discussions among development and customer team members; coaching the team on the Scrum processes and removing impediments for the team Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) of Government Owned Software (SW).

Responsibilities

· Facilitate Scrum Meetings: Coordinates and facilitates Scrum meetings, such as Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, and provides sufficient records.

· Defines Team Performance Metrics: Works with PMO and the team to define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.

· Delivers Team Performance Metrics: Works with PMO and the team to deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.

· Plans and coordinates Team Training on the Scrum processes.

Qualifications

Required:

· Certified Scrum Master with 5 Years’ experience

· Experience leading agile development ceremonies

· Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

· Familiarity with deploying software at the TS/SCI level to NSA Network (NSANet).

· Familiar with NSANet approved tools for system configuration and management (e.g., SIMP, Puppet, Ansible, and CS2 Scripts).

· Have experience with third-party Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) software (e.g., Salvage and WSTL).

· Possess a TS/SCI Clearance
