This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.What You’ll DoEstablish team metrics such as capacity and throughputTrack sprint progress and help drive teams to meet their sprint goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships within the teamLead and coach teams to achieve successful outcomesWhat You’ll NeedRequired:At least 7 years of experience in software development delivery with at least 4 years of dedicated full-time Scrum Master experienceProven track record of successfully growing and maturing teams or experience leading Agile transformationsFamiliarity with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled AgileAbility to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and related artifactsEmbody Scrum values and principlesUnderstand application of Lean/Agile tools and techniques based on team needsDisplay continuous learning mindsetCapable of leading distributed and remote teamsHold team accountable to agreements and commitmentsGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparencyKnowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
