Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement strategies to optimise workflows, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
Encourage Personal Development: Support individuals in their journey of personal growth, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications the Would be Advantageous:Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage and inspire teams.
Experience in the personal development or digital marketing space is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
