  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide and coach teams in Agile principles and practices to promote high-performing teams.
  • Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized for maximum value delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
  • Track and report on team metrics, including sprint progress and velocity, to support team evaluation and improvement.
  • Act as a servant leader, supporting team members in their roles and helping them develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years in a software development or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to drive team collaboration and performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including developers, management, and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A background in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required.

Expected salary

$96000 – 165000 per year
