Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s)
• Removing barriers to successful implementation
• Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
• Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation

This is a hybrid on-site role based in Pennington, NJ.Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile Methodology
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Pega Architecture
• Associate’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a client-facing role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working in Banking

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
