Scrum MasterThe Opportunity:As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects. We need a Scrum Master like you to create solutions that’ll support the next generation of advanced public health information technology solutions.On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using Agile tools, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish Program Increment Objectives and Features. In this role, you’ll directly impact the public health environment by working alongside our clients to deliver impactful solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in IT project management and Agile project management while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will ensure success for the delivery of services in support of public health.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
