Scrum MasterPosition Description
This is a hybrid onsite role that can be completed from the any CGI office in the Eastern Time Zone.CGI is looking for a Scrum Master to lead an Engagement at Federated Hermes Inc. This scrum master must feel comfortable with agility frameworks and in particular, have previous experience working with Scrum Teams to deliver software.Your future duties and responsibilities
Facilitation of Scrum events, management of project timelines and deliverables, client governance and reporting and management of the product backlogRequired qualifications to be successful in this role

• 3+ years of experience working with Scrum or other related Agile methodologies
• 3+ years of experience working with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps
• 1+ Years of experience working in Financial Services
• Proficient in gathering requirements working with business owners
• Should be able to work with the functional/technical team understand the

functional/technical process flow and help the business team for day to day activities

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
