The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents more than 9,500 physicians worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to improve patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology.We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Education and Programme Management Department. The department works directly with our programme planning committees consisting of medical professionals and supports them in the planning and the administration of our cutting-edge scientific and educational congress programmes.Scientific Congress Programme Organiser

- Management of programme planning processes
- Collaboration with relevant committees
- Organisation of in-person and online planning meetings
- Administration of planning and management software
- Data administration
- Speaker and moderator management
- Preparation of programme evaluation reports
- Collaboration with external partners and technology providers
Ihr Profil
- Relevant educational background or working experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced skills in Excel
- Experience in using online meeting tools
- Ability to work on simultaneous projects
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of an ambitious team
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience
- Experience and interest in medical education
- Experience in working with CMS and/or E-Learning systems
- Fluent written and spoken German or additional languages
