Responsibilities
Creates and executes annual school recruitment plans. This includes identifying and contacting prospective schools, providing information in multiple venues (e.g., exhibiting at conferences, conducting information sessions, responding to requests for information), and ensuring completion of the recruitment process (i.e., enrolling new schools in the program).
Meets annual recruitment goals.
Prepares recruitment reports to include analyses of progress toward goals, market trends, prospect reports, and recommendations.
Collaborates with team members to identify school recruitment goals, objectives, and strategies.
Uses Salesforce CRM to meet program recruitment goals.
Establishes and maintains a social media presence to support program recruitment goals.
Works closely with team members to ensure delivery of services.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and three years of relevant experience.
Experience selling educational products, services, or programs.
Demonstrated high level of professionalism.
Knowledge of CRM software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced use of internet technologies for communications, research, and reference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp the product, its target market, and its competition.
Ability to manage a long sales cycle and meet challenging recruitment goals.
Ability to work successfully with representatives from all levels of an organization.
Ability to present information clearly, concisely and in alignment with strategic objectives of the program.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and to prioritize work appropriately to meet recruitment goals.
Ability to work in a multi-faceted environment with tightly scheduled programs and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team within a dynamic environment and with overlapping projects.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling educational products or services in the K-12 sector.
A demonstrated understanding of the K-12 market for curriculum and teacher professional development programs.
Knowledge of engineering and engineering education. Knowledge of project- and problem-based teaching and learning.
Experience with Salesforce CRM software. Professional experience in higher education.
Salary Range
$45,288 to $55,000 + depending on qualifications

Ability to travel, sometimes frequently, and to work occasional evenings and weekends
