An opportunity has arisen for a School Administration Coordinator role to support Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught teaching. The School Administration Coordinator will provide proactive administration support to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught activities across the school, which includes a student body of around 500 UG students and 80 PGT students. The School Administration Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the School Administration Manager, School Administrator, Director of Education, and Head of School, in the effective and efficient running of these areas within the school. The work is varied and interesting and will involve a great deal of contact with the student body and staff across the University.

 We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with the ability to work unsupervised, multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team within a busy but friendly environment. You should have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You should also have relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally with knowledge and experience of a higher education environment.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 4, £24,285 – £27,929 per annum  with placement according to qualifications and experience.
