Salesforce Reporting Expert in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Reporting expert to join on a hybrid model (3 days on site) for a 6 month contract. This resource will be working closely with the Senior Manager to consolidate and improve data analytics process within a contact center environment. This resource will be required to hava a Data Analytics background and strong understanding of Power BI for data visualizations.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience of report building within Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) running reports on sales prospects

This resource should be someone who has a data analysis background Power BI for data Visualization

Strong communication and experience conducting meetings and delivering presentations Retail/E-commerce background
