Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager Austria who has a passion for creating impact for patients, to come and join our ALPS (CH+AT) Immunology Team – to be based in AustriaAbout the roleIn this role you are accountable for alignment of all solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the Immunology Patient Value Unit ALPS, either locally or EU initiated. You drive the localization and implementation of the EU strategy and action plan in partnership with the other Solution Lead, and local team. You have an Omni-channel approach and are responsible for implementation of all activities which is combined with the responsibility for eco-system solutions/initiatives and for the coordination of the strategic pillars across the ALPS. Ensuring an integrated approach to the iPVU ALPS when delivering high level value for patients, HCPs and Payers.Furthermore, you have a leadership responsibility managing the local HCPP (KAM) team; you monitor in-field performance develop the team, and with motivational leadership develop a spirit of shared responsibility and maintaining in-field capabilities needed to address the changing market.Who you will work with:In this position, you will have close collaboration with all stakeholders, both internal and external:

  • Cross functional team
  • KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders o Patients / Patient Associations / Advocacy Group representatives

You will report to the Head of Immunology ALPSWhat you will do:

  • Partner and co-create with external stakeholders key projects that will drive patient value.
  • Lead cross-functional development of the Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP). Measure value and impact.
  • Drive local business plan. Ensure local eco-system PVBP is aligned with global strategies and regional priorities. Responsible for launches in field of Immunology
  • Drive excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning, and solution development
  • Lead the local Immunology Healthcare Professional Partner (KAM) team
  • Coordinate activities between Marketing and Sales; manage Solution Lead(s) as applicable
  • Developing and executing in-field strategies and support the development of community plans

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor/Master or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharma, Marketing etc. With several years of marketing experience developing high impact solutions n Pharmaceutical industry
  • German & English proficiency is required
  • Leadership experience plus several years of experience in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare
  • Demonstrated strength in business planning, strategic/tactical plan, and Omni-channel development and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams, cross functional working
