In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and delivering top-tier staffing solutions that help organizations thrive.What You’ll Do:

• Business Development & Sales: Identify and engage prospective clients, generate leads, and drive revenue by selling Randstad’s staffing solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Strategic Partnerships: Understand clients’ workforce needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to maximize business impact.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales and financial targets by securing new accounts and expanding within existing clients.
• Talent Acquisition & Matching: Recruit, interview, and select top talent to fulfill client staffing needs.
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends to position Randstad as a trusted workforce advisor.

What You Bring:

• Sales & Business Development Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales, staffing, or client-facing roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Background in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations is a plus.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and close deals effectively.
• Self-Motivation & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Tech-Savvy Approach: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and Google Suite applications.
