  • Provide technical expertise and insights for in-house GNSS-related products and solutions during the pre-bid phase to shape the sales strategy together with Regional Sales.
  • Supports engineering with requirements elaboration, overall solution architecture and compilation of risk register.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand their requirements and demonstrate how Kapsch TrafficCom solutions can meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver product and solution demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and interests of potential customers.
  • Highlight key features, benefits, key value propositions and competitive advantages during demos to engage and persuade customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop the effort estimations and further input for the solution proposals that address customer needs.
  • Create and contribute to solution narratives and presentations for use in bid submissions
  • Conduct and coordinate gap analyzes to identify differences between current capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed bid documents, including drafting technical specifications, project plans and pricing models.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and inputs for bid submissions.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in GNSS technology, product architecture, and pre-sales support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform gap analyses and create technical documentation.
  • Experience working closely with customers and internal stakeholders in a technical solutioning capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with project planning, risk management, and cost estimation.
  • Independent, structured and excellently organized working method as well as service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in English verbally and writing
