Together we can establish best practices and better standards of care.We are looking for aSales Development Manager (d/f/m) Ethicon Specialties – CR/HBPlocated in AustriaYour Responsibilities & TasksThe Sales Development Manager (SDM) is the architect, leader, coordinator of the overall strategy in Colorectal (CR) and HPB. The implementation and execution of this strategy are also the direct responsibility of the SDM. This position will drive market share gain, market expansion, craft the market and accelerate efficiency and value solutions in line with business planning and the P&L. The SDM Specialties is leading a team that consist of sales, marketing, HEMA, Medical & Commercial Education, Account Management, Customer Solutions, Pricing, etc.
- Map out the therapeutic areas and disseminate all relevant data: reimbursement, therapeutic area potential, procedure numbers, technology penetration, pricing, hospital capacity, patient pathway.
- Understand, in depth, the needs of all the different partners in those therapeutic areas.
- Handle and achieve project as well as sales targets of pre-defined key centers in AT
- Drive a strong cross-functional team by encouraging and involving all members and be very clear on the objectives and expectations.
- Measure the progress of the team versus the objectives that were set and takes vital actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Build value propositions and take accountability for a detailed execution by the organization.
- Ensure top of the class sales & marketing capabilities that matches the changing environment.
- Bring a concept alive through the right strategy and implementation plan.
- Develop and implement product launches according to the LEX Process for the Energy and Endo-Mech Portfolio
Your Expertise & Skills
- Being able to think strategically and show strong operational capabilities at the same time
- 3 years relevant business experience
- Experience in project management and process-oriented work
- Previous marketing and sales experience
- Knowledge of specialties portfolio
- Proven track record to handle complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to connect and optimally collaborate across a diverse group of business partners in a matrix environment.
- Strong passion and track record for innovation & will to make things happen & deliver
- Strong interpersonal skills & influencing skills
- Driven by results performance & excellence in the job
- Proven business success in delivering growth and gaining share
- Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal partners

Preferred:
- Master or equivalent in business experience
- Knowledge of the current healthcare landscape and market environment where a value approach is a key driver
- Experience working for a mid-size or multinational company
