Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Room Service Administrator who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

The Room Service Administrator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The individual will provide an enjoyable dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. They anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists, daily specials and are able to provide vivid descriptions of each item. The Room Service Administrator takes guests’ In-Room Dining orders, communicates special requests to the Kitchen, coordinates amenity delivery and orders according to Four Seasons Standards.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine and food knowledge as well as Smart Serve certification. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. They must have the ability to lift up to 60lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

Preferred qualifications & skills

1-2 years previous server experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation

Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Smart Serve Certification
