This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Ad Creative Strategist at Rocket Conversions to start in a support role to the Senior Ad Creative Strategist & grow into that role. The role involves working on creative direction, creative strategy, project management, market & competitor research to support the Ad Creative Strategist.

You have 2+ years of experience as a social media advertising creative strategist.
You are great doing internet research to find data that leads to ideas for social media static ads and video ads (vertical & feed) optimized for attention, viewer retention & conversion:

Graphic Filters/Effects/Stickers
Captions/Subtitles
Voiceovers
Audio & Sound Effects
You are great at briefing designers to produce static ads and video ads for TikTok / Facebook / Instagram from raw video content supplied by creators.
You are great at working with content creators to generate raw content for ads.
You are great at writing direct response copy.
You can show examples of the ads you have produced.
You create Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts every day.
Your goal is to be an A-player, elite ad creative strategist.
You are extremely well organized and love keeping your work organized.

Understanding of direct response copywriting principles like AIDA, PAS, etc.
You love doing audience and market research to leverage this info into action in your projects.
You are great at expressing your thoughts in written form.
Experience in paid media buying is a major bonus.
Experience in managing designers and creators is a major bonus.
You have experience in writing video briefs for social media ads.
You know the requirements for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other placements.
You are a driven, proactive individual interested in self-improvement, reading books, consuming content, and aiming to become the better version of yourself.

At least 2 years’ experience in social media ad design/video editing, especially Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok ads.
You must love Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok Reels, and YouTube Shorts and be researching daily to stay on top of the best ad trends.
Elite-level knowledge in designing for persuasion & conversion copywriting.
You must have a stable work-from-home office with at least 2 monitors.
Design & video editing skills are a big +.
Digital advertising agency or e-commerce experience is a big +.
