Job description

Responsible for coordinating nursing care for the Cardiology and Electrophysiology patients in accordance with policies and procedures of the hospital. Responsibilities include overseeing safety measures for patient procedures, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning care / intervention and patient teaching and family communication. Candidate must communicate effectively and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery to achieve optimal outcomes. RN with current TN license. Must have at least three years current clinical practice in critical care, emergency department or progressive cardiac step down unit required. Cath / EP experience preferred.

INDTNLicenses & Certifications Required

• C-AHA ACLS
• C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
• L-TN-RN License
